Terms and Conditions

These products are brand new and come with a 12 month warranty. They are covered for electrical and mechanical breakdown as long as they are used in accordance with the instructions. The guarantee is a return to base warranty. The customer is responsible for all transport/postage costs incurred if the item is returned to us for any reason. Alternatively we will supply parts only on receipt of faulty part. Goods are dispatched via City Link or Fedex. We will only dispatch goods if we have been given a contact telephone number to aid delivery. Goods may take up to 28 days for delivery. All goods sent by courier will require a signature on delivery.

Delivery is Monday - Friday only. If there is no one in to receive your goods a card will be left with number to phone. Please contact them ASAP to rearrange delivery. Additional charges will be made if an incorrect postcode or address is given. Any refund will not include delivery charge if the goods have left our premises. Delivery cost is usually included within the price and will be deducted at £39.99 should a refund be offered.

Before signing for your goods, please inspect for any damage inside the parcel. Any item found to be damaged in transit is not covered under our warranty and will be claimed for from the couriers by ourselves. In order to make a successful claim the goods must be signed for as damaged. Please make sure the goods are inspected when delivered before signing. Please do not accept damaged goods. Do not be rushed by the driver.

Warranty covers electrical and mechanical failure only. Faulty items may be returned within the warranty period for repair. If we are unable to repair the item, then we may replace it with the same, or a similar model. Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning any item. You have 7 days from date of receipt, to return the goods in original packaging, in an unused stated if you require a refund. This will exclude any delivery/transport charges. Goods that have been damaged due to misuse and lack of maintenance will be liable for a repair charge and a cost of returning the item.

Returns
Please contact before returning any item. A returns authorization order must be issued.

Tax Charges
All orders for the UK will be subject to 17.5% VAT. This is included in all prices shown.
